One of the wettest Aprils on record decided to start just as we set off on our six hour drive down to Bermagui for Courtney and Andrew's wedding the following day. Even stopping off for a bite in Milton, a beautiful south coast town that I've been longing to make a pilgrimage to for obvious reasons, failed to raise our hopes for a dry outdoor ceremony.
The following morning started off dry with several showers attempting to hijack the day, but as we arrived to see the boys getting ready the clouds were getting brighter and the call was made to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony that Courtney so desperately wanted.
The black tie ceremony was truly amazing but with fading light and brooding clouds moving in we had to move fast to make use of the spectacular coastal location. Fortunately we didn't need to go far to reach this gorgeous little spot where Courtney and Andrew spent a few moments together while their ceremony location twinkled away in the background, just across the bay.
